In the future we plan on updating this on a regular basis, but we have been so busy that it is hard to find the time.

STORE UPDATE: 

 Finally after 2 years we received our permits to start to build our offices in Hanover Maryland.
Timeline of how it all went down.

• March 2005 - we buy a warehouse (Unit # 214 4400 sq ft) with the assumption we will be moved in by year end.
• December 2005 - we are told that it will be another 3 months.
• March 2006 - we are told it will be another 3 months.
• September 2006 - we buy Unit #107 (4000sq ft) by this time we needed a warehouse just to store inventory.
• December 2006 - we are told Howard County needs us to redesign the showroom (3 months again)
• March 2007 - we run out of space in Unit #107 and Unit #108 goes on the market. We purchase Unit #108 (4000 sq ft)
• May 2007 - finally good news. We were able to obtain our permits.

We should have the offices, hvac, electricity, sprinklers, internet, plumbing all done by August. We should be able to move from our current location over a long 4 day weekend in September.  So by September we will finally be in our new location. At which point we will start to focus on the showroom. We anticipate the showroom to be open by Christmas or early next year.

We are trying to implement a one username/password across the entire site. So only one username is needed to access gallery, ordering, forum, stories, etc…

Q. Why is this better?

A. We receive over 1000 emails a day. All emails come to two workstations and we have a number of people that answer your questions. This setup creates delays and at times, some emails go unanswered. If you ever experienced a delay or didn’t receive a reply from us we are sorry. The new support center will streamline everyones questions which will allow us to better assit you. This will also help you manage any questions you might have.

Once you create an account, anytime you login (your email address) to the support system you will see the status of all your questions. You don’t have to login to reply. Every reply we make to your question will be sent automatically to your email box. You can actually hit reply to our response right in your email box and send us another question or comment and it will go back to our ticket support system and update the ticket automatically. So you will always have a trail when you login. Just make sure you use the same email address everytime and you will always have access to your previous questions and answers.

What the Future Holds.

We are also upgrading the entire site. Some of the new features will be 1 login for the entire site.

For those of you who are active on the boards, gallery and like to shop with us, we will soon have the ability for our customers to create one account which will give them access to the entire site. Right now you need a seperate account for the store, the boards, and now the support system. We are working hard to integrate all sections of the site.

Also we will be launching “MyPleasure” very very soon. Basically its your profile, similar to myspace, you will have the ability to create your own homepage, diaries, rate customers pictures, send private messages, and a ton of other features. MyPleasure will also have a video section which will give you ability to upload your own videos, more interactive story board and picture board, plus a couple of other key features as well to come……. 2007 is going to be HUGE.

Here is a snapshot of what is coming. Just so everyone knows that we are serious when we say we will have a showroom. We expected to be up and running by End of Summer 2006. Unfortunately because of construction delays we are now looking to be up and running end of February 2007. Customers will be able to come in and browse our selection. Order online in one of the workstations or order via the receptionist. We will pick and pack your order from the warehouse and bring it out to you.

Finally all of our Cosmetic Tattoo machines are back in stock. All 5 styles of our Cosmetic Tattoo Guns are in stock and ready to ship. Only a couple more weeks till our Cosmetic Tattoo needles, Cosmetic Tattoo Tubes, and Cosmetic Tattoo Tips are all ready. Be on the look out for a big cosmetic section update with lot of new products.
